Shocking video footage appears to shows a primary school headteacher hitting a six-year-old girl with a paddle. The incident at the Central Elementary School, Clewiston, US, happened after the pupil allegedly damaged a computer, according to a Hendry County Sheriff’s Office report. Principal Melissa Carter is now said to be under investigation after allegedly paddling the young student in front of her mum, The Clewiston Police Department told WINK News. The incident was caught on camera by the child's mum who said she 'sacrificed her daughter to show all parents what's happening at the school.'
