Coronavirus infection rates in the community have continued to fall further across the UK, according to the latest figures. The estimates published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) on Friday showed around one in 145 people in private households across England had COVID-19 between 13 and 19 February - down from one in 115 the week prior . This is the lowest figure since the week of 2 and 8 October, when infection estimates were at one in 160 people. In Wales, around one in 205 people were estimated to have COVID in the same week, also down from one in 125. The UK's coronavirus reproduction number - or R number - remains unchanged at between 0.6 and 0.9. It is in line with last week's estimate of 0.6 and 0.9 . That means that on average, every 10 people infected will infect between six and nine others. The growth rate is estimated to be between -6% and -2% - meaning the number of new infections is shrinking by between 2% and 6% every day. Last week it was -6% to -3%. A SPEED camera van driver was filmed scrolling through Facebook while doing 60mph. The private security worker was spotted with one hand on the wheel and phone in her lap . Her van had speed camera signs, blue and fluorescent yellow markings and Retail Crime Unit written on its sides. Simeon Haughton and Liam Rudge spotted it on the A55 outside Chester .
