A woman who went on a Tinder date with Grace Millane's killer claims he tested the 'most believable' theories for the death on her. She told how she met Jesse Kempson on the dating app the day after he murdered backpacker Ms Millane on December 1 last year, while she was travelling in Auckland, New Zealand. The woman described their date in court during his trial and has now written a blog for New Zealand news service Newshub. She told how she was struck during their date in the Auckland suburb of Ponsonby by how clean the killer appeared, his eagerness to talk about venomous snakes and his big eyes.' ‘Star Trek 4’ to be directed by a woman for the first time, S.J. Clarkson
The next sequel of the "Star Trek" saga could be directed for the first time by a woman, according to Thursday's reports by entertainment trade magazines The Hollywood Reporter and Variety. Production company Paramount is in talks with S.J. Clarkson to direct the fourth installment in the rebooted film series starring Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto. Clarkson directed episodes from TV series including "Dexter," "Bates Motel" and "Orange is the New Black," as well as the Marvel-based series "Jessica Jones" and "The Defenders." Twenty years after his acquittal, it's clearer to see how that seismic event shaped American politics and culture today.In a quarter century of covering US politics, I only have ever got round to framing two newspaper front pages. The first was when President Bill Clinton was impeached in December 1998. The second was when he was acquitted at the conclusion of his Senate trial the following February.
