Scientists have warned that the coronavirus vaccine manufactured by Pfizer may be less effective in people who are obese. Researchers in Italy have said obese people may need bigger doses, or another top-up jab, to protect them against the virus. They claim this is because compared to healthy people severely overweight healthcare workers generated only half the antibodies to fend off Covid-19 after receiving two doses of the Pfizer jab. Antibodies are virus-fighting proteins that can stop the coronavirus infection. They are a major part of the immune system but there are other parts too. This is a double blow to severely overweight people as they are already considered to be more at risk of becoming critically ill or dying if they contract the virus. Scientists say this could be down to obese people being more likely to have health conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure which makes them more vulnerable. INSTAGRAM has launched a new feature called Live Rooms that will let you chat with up to three friends at the same time. It's a bit different from other virtual chat platforms because anyone will be able to watch your live conversation. Previously, only two people were able to be involved in a live chat on Instagram. Live Rooms has changed that to a maximum of four. Instagram has suggested people could use the feature for talk show or podcast purposes. The feature started rolling out globally on March 1 and should soon be avaliable to everyone. How to create an Instagram Live Rooms chat To use Live Rooms you'll need to make sure you've updated your Instagram app. Then, open the app, swipe left so you're on the camera screen and then swipe through the options at the bottom of the screen until you're on 'Live'. Captain Sir Tom Moore's life will be celebrated in a special global event on what would have been his 101st birthday. His daughter Hannah Ingram-Moore gave "enormous thanks" for the continuing support and compassion since her father's death. The WWII veteran was laid to rest at an intimate family funeral on Saturday after he was admitted to Bedford Hospital and died with coronavirus on February 2. Today Ms Ingram-Moore revealed his life and spirit will be commemorated on April 30. In a Twitter post on Captain Tom's account, she said: "I would like to say an enormous thank you for the continuing support and compassion we've been shown over the last few weeks. It is helping us through a very difficult period. "So many of you have asked what will be done to commemorate the life and spirit of my father Captain Tom and we've had some amazing suggestions. For the past 53 years Eleni Tzima and her husband Nasos Tzimas have herded their livestock some 150 kilometers (241 miles) between summer pastures in northwest Greece's isolated highlands down to their winter home in the lowlands. The Tzimas family is part of a millennia-old tradition of transhumance , or the seasonal movement of animals between fixed grazing grounds. But it's a dying one: they are some of the last still practicing this way of farming in the country. During the summer months the couple, both in their 80s, live in a makeshift hut, using solar energy to power a radio, cellphones and lights. They're among the oldest pastoral shepherds to take part in an annual trek, known as "diava", in the mountainous Pindus National Park near Greece's border with Albania. A new floating sauna offers up a pretty incredible pampering experience; the chance to relax while also taking in views of the Northern Lights. The new Tromsø Sauna in Norway has opened to the public and, unsurprisingly, it's already proving a hit with locals. After all, as well as the amazing views of the Aurora to be had, the sauna is located right on the serene Arctic waters in the region. (For the braver souls, there's an outdoor terrace from which you can get into the waters and take a dip!). Kebony, the company that provided the sustainable wood for the project, has given us a taste of what's on offer by sharing new images of the sauna, showing off the impressive structure and the picturesque views to be had. Used for the external cladding, decking, roof and ocean terrace, the wood used will also develop a 'silver-grey patina' over time, in the hope that it will create a "weathered aesthetic".
