SAM Faiers and her boyfriend Paul Knightley are still separate beds eight months after welcoming their daughter, and plan to co-sleep with their kids for another three years. The mum-of-two, 27, gave birth to her youngest Rosie back in November - and shares a bed with the eight-month-old tot. Sam moved out of the room she shared with property developer Paul and their two-year-old son, who's also called Paul, when she was pregnant with Rosie. Speaking to Fabulous Online, she revealed: "Paul sleeps with Big Paul, and Rosie sleeps with me. But it works, we’re all getting sleep. "When I was heavily pregnant with Rosie, I started getting really uncomfortable and going for a wee at night. "I was disturbing Big Paul and Little Paul, so I thought I’d go into my own bed. "Then when I had Rosie I was so comfortable in that bed that it just continued that way. She’s still in there with me. "I can’t imagine not having one of them in the bed with me now. Couples who sleep in separate beds
FROM unbearable snoring to clashing work schedules, there are all sorts of reasons why couples choose to sleep in separate rooms. But one woman has revealed she never shares a bed with her fella – because she’d rather sleep with the cat. Holly Brockwell, 32, and boyfriend Zack Fox, 26, have lived together for just over two years, having got together in January 2016. The couple moved from a one-bed into a two-bedroom flat in Stratford, London, six months ago. But within a few weeks, Holly had retreated into the spare room to nurture her new long-haired black kitten, Mawri. Holly, a blogger, said: “Before she arrived, Zack drew a hard line, banning the kitten from the bedroom, saying he wanted one room which wasn’t covered in cat hair. “But as soon as we got her home I was besotted and knew I had to have her with me. She was so cute and so tiny, so I told Zack I’d sleep in the spare room until she was bigger and less clingy. “Zack wasn’t … [Read more...] about Girlfriend reveals she never sleeps in the same bed as her boyfriend – because she’d rather sleep with the cat
A husband who forged his seriously-ill wife's signature on divorce papers while she was in hospital receiving life-saving cancer treatment has been jailed. Nicky Jones, 44, formally applied for the divorce without the knowledge of his wife of 18 years, Lucy McDonnell-Jones, 41, who was in hospital for nine months. She had moved out of the family home and was being treated for stage 3 non Hodgkin's lymphoma in her groin, pelvis, back and stomach which was diagnosed in 2015. Jones had previously arrived at Lucy's workplace at a dental surgery and presented her with divorce paperwork, which she refused to sign as she had not had time to read it. Lucy only discovered his fresh plans when she visited the family home and found the paperwork in 2016 after being discharged. She believes it was an attempt to "get everything" - including their two houses, and joint savings. She went to the £250,000 house in Primrose Bank, Neath, South Wales, to collect some possessions and discovered the … [Read more...] about Husband who forged seriously-ill wife’s signature on divorce papers jailed
“My husband and I genuinely care about having a great relationship. But if we are tired, our relationship just suffers,” says Jennifer Adams, who has been in a relationship with her husband for 12 years and spent the last eleven of those sleeping in a separate bed to him. For many couples sleeping away from your partner is synonymous with relationship woes, matrimonial discord and as a result of arguments: you only have to look at celebrities being described as ‘kicked out’ of bed by their partner when they say they are no longer bed-sharing. Even if it is due to children, hectic schedules or other plausible factors, it’s seen as a bad thing. But as more people in the UK are choosing to sleep alone - a survey last year of 1500 Britons found one quarter (24%) of couples were regularly sleeping away from their other half (more than three times a week) - is it time to reconsider the reputation of this sleeping … [Read more...] about Do You Need To Sleep In The Same Bed To Have A Good Relationship?
HOMELESS people have taken up residence in a Cambridge cemetery where a number of war heroes have been laid to rest. Graves at the Grade II-listed cemetery have been damaged and tarnished by homeless people using them as illegal camps. Tombstones at the Mill Road cemetery have been used as beds, with reports suggesting people have been climbing inside them to sleep. The cemetery, which dates back to 1848, has also become a site for drug-taken, and has been littered with hundreds of used needles. According to Cambridge News, homeless people have been seen sitting on the graves to inject themselves while drinking alcohol. At least 213 needles have been removed from the area so far. Three incidents of illegal camping have also been reported to Cambridge City Council. The council's team of litter pickers regularly target the cemetery - and volunteers are clearing up vegetation so there is nowhere to camp. A city council spokesman said: “Council officers have been working with the … [Read more...] about Homeless people moving tombstones to sleep in GRAVES at Cambridge cemetery
