The Eastern Highlands Christians Students and Graduates Association (EHCSGA) ended their semester break on a very high note after concluded their one week outreach program last weekend at Kuru village in Henganofi district. More than 40 students attending Divine Word University, University of Goroka, Highlands Regional Nursing College and Madang Teachers College carried out awareness on health, education, and shared word of God to the people under the theme “let’s rebuild the wall of EHP”. Association president Iyo Iros, a final year DWU student, said it is an initiative designed by the students to give back positively to their community what they’ve learnt in school combining it with the word of God. The WHO mission visited Azerbaijan as part of the immunization program familiarized itself with the organization of the laboratory's work on the diagnosis of measles and rubella, and the situation on epidemiological control. The experts concluded that the work in this area is carried out in accordance with the recommendations of WHO. Suleymanova added that the experts also studied the work of the laboratory for the diagnosis of measles and rubella at the Ministry of Health.
