Daniel Kaluuya has revealed that he wasn't invited to the Sundance Film Festival premiere of Get Out in which he played the lead role. The 32-year-old actor, who starred as main character Chris Washington in the 2017 horror, told Graham Norton that he was snubbed from attending the event held in Utah. Speaking to the presenter on the Graham Norton Show on Tuesday, the Queen & Slim star explained that he had even cleared his schedule in the run-up to the event but wasn't asked to attend. “On the Sundance world premiere, I was in Atlanta because I was shooting Black Panther,” Daniel told Graham during the show. “I was chilling, I cleared my schedule. I was like, ‘I really wanna do it.’ And then just didn’t get the invite." Daniel even revealed that he had later received a message that revealed the event had been a success.
