Three police officers allegedly failed to take an 'investigative mindset' into the horrific murder of a three-year-old boy killed by his mum's partner. Riley Siswick was found dead in his bed at home in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, after his mum's boyfriend, Kyle Campbell, battered him so severely that his bowel was and his intestines were split. The boy was left to die soaked in his own urine and was discovered dead in his bedroom two days later on February 6, 2016, after suffering fatal infections.
