CHILLING video shows the moment an 11-year-old girl was fatally shot in New York City by a suspect on a scooter on Monday night. Officers with the New York Police Department are searching for two men seen in the video after the shooting in the Bronx. The incident happened shortly before 5pm in the Longwood section of the Bronx. According to police, a man was being chased by two suspects riding a scooter from Fox Avenue to Westchester Avenue.
