Tommy Cannon is being lined up by Lee Mack to star in the next series of Not Going Out, it's been reported. Lee wants the comedian, 82, to play the priest at the funeral of Bobby Ball's character Frank, after Bobby tragically died from Covid in October, aged 76. Frank was Lee's character's father in the BBC Two sitcom, played by Bobby, who rose to fame as one half of comedy double act Cannon and Ball. “I’m thinking of starting the next series with a funeral," Lee told The Sun. "And Tommy — I’m thinking of having him as the priest, and also bring some comics of that generation. “Bring in all his mates, as in my dad’s mates, who I’ve never met. That will be the story. "I want to see a scene which opens up with Sid Little, Freddie Parrot-Face Davies and the like, all just sitting round. Tommy Cannon is reportedly being lined up to play the priest at the on-screen funeral of the late Bobby Ball's character in TV series Not Going Out.  The comedian, 82, was left devastated when his comedy partner Bobby Ball died of Covid-19 in October, aged 76.  And now the show's creator Lee Mack wants Tommy to have a starring role at Bobby's character Frank's emotional funeral in the new series. I suffer from burning-hot, tingly red toes which have got worse over this past year. It's particularly bad at night. The only thing that helps is keeping the house very cold, which upsets everyone else I live with. These are typical signs of what we call Grierson-Gopalan syndrome: a sensation of tingling and burning that might affect the soles of the feet, or the whole foot, ankles and even lower legs. A feeling of heaviness in the lower legs is also common, and it's usually worse at night. For many people the cause of Grierson-Gopalan syndrome is not known, but it may be linked to nerve damage, in particular something called peripheral neuropathy. People who've had diabetes for a long time are at risk of developing peripheral neuropathy as raised blood sugar, over time, damages the tiny blood vessels that supply the nerves.
