Love Island bosses have confirmed the show will officially be back on June 6 as narrator Iain Stirling has forecasted it will be the 'sexiest' season yet. Series eight of the hit realty TV classic will air next month from inside a brand new spacious villa in Mallorca. The show's official Twitter account confirmed the news with a post on Tuesday. John Legend accused Ronan Keating of being "passive-aggressive" as talk turned to the songwriter's sock on The One Show . The American actor and record producer appeared on Thursday's programme to speak about his new music release. After a segment with BBC weatherman Owain Wyn Evans on socks, host Ronan was quick to point out that John wasn't wearing any with his funky trainers. Turning to the All Of Me hitmaker, the Boyzone star said: "And John, you could do with some socks." In response, John said: "I know, I know," before adding: "I think this whole thing was a passive-aggressive way to criticise my footwear choices." Adding more fuel to the fire, Alex got in the action, expressing her own views. The Welsh TV presenter chimed in: "Oh a trainer without a sock not sure i could go there myself." Anne Hegerty secured her job on The Chase after "fighting off muggers". The ITV quiz star has been a regular member on the game show since 2010, just a year after it made its debut on ITV, hosted by Bradley Walsh. At the time, bosses were keen to have a female Chaser come into the mix and it was what Anne put in her letter that convinced show producers she was definitely the right one to sit alongside the other quizzers. THIS Morning fans were delighted as Holly Willoughby returned to the show after a week off today – but couldn’t help but notice something. The TV presenter took time off in order to host The Games every night, but Phillip Schofield managed to be on the show today despite a late night presenting The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration. CHILD superstars Sophia Grace Brownlee and Rosie McClelland appeared on This Morning today, 11 years after finding fame in America. The YouTube sensations from Essex told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about their amazing life after being catapulted to stardom on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Rosie, 15 was only five years old and her 19-year-old cousin Sophie Grace was just eight when their 2011 cover of Nicki Minaj's song Super Bass went viral on YouTube. Their subsequent appearances and performance on Ellen's daytime talk show helped them amass 146.1million views on Ellen's YouTube page.
