IT'S a question that slimmers have been asking themselves since the dawn of time: which is more important, diet or exercise? For some of us, exercise is fun, helps relieve stress and is part of our daily routine. For others, it's simple to eat well without going overboard. Those of us who have cracked both sides of the equation are few and far between, and tend to be on Victoria's Secret catwalks. What is clear is that you have to do both to achieve any real results.
