Brooklyn Brewery is bringing its tour to Liverpool this month - and there will be a huge party. The award-winning brewery has scoured the city to unearth the best up-and-coming street food chefs, DJs and artists to bring together the city’s most creative party. The brewery will also be collaborating with local legends Frijol, DJ Breakwave, and street-artist Neil Keating to bring Brooklyn On Tour to Liverpool’s creative district. Brooklyn Brewery will be parking up its tour bus in the garden at The Great Baltic Warehouse on Saturday, September 22, between 3pm and 11pm. Entry into the event is free and the first 200 guests will be able to enjoy a free Brooklyn beer. I love its diversity, its openness, and the feel of its streets: the cherry blossoms in the West Village in spring, or the roller-skaters in Central Park in the summer. It is changing rapidly, but it is still one of the greatest of cities. I feel like I am walking through a film set: the unexpected, the quirky, the new places to eat, the line of beautiful people queuing for a donut that is more like a croissant.
