Amber Heard's attorneys have requested that the judgment against the actress in the dueling defamation case with ex-husband Johnny Depp be entirely set aside. Depp's fans and  other social media users have  began to speculate about the Aquman star's latest move. They are not sure weather Heard  would succeed to achieve the desired result or not. But, some social media users think that Heard's latest move may bring more damages to her personality. While  some appeared suggesting the actress to resolve the issue with her ex-husband amicably instead of indulging into another legal battle. Heard, who was found liable on three claims of defamation in June, said in a 43-page memorandum that the jury’s verdict should tossed – and with it a more than $10m award – on the grounds that it was unsupported by evidence. Amber Heard's legal team has requested that the verdict from her defamation case against Johnny Depp be overturned, or both sides return to court for a new trial. In a 43-page memorandum filed on Friday, the Aquaman star's attorneys have argued that there were a number of issues with the June 1 ruling, including excessive damages awarded to Depp and poor legal reasoning. One of the more unusual factors raised in the Virginia court filing by Heard's lead attorney Elaine Bredehoft is an allegation that one juror is actually 25 years younger than he had initially claimed to be. Singling the juror out by their number, the filing stated that: "Juror 15 had a birth year of 1945. Juror 15, however, was clearly born later than 1945. Publicly available information demonstrates that he appears to have been born in 1970." Rumour has it, Ozzy Osbourne wants to renew his wedding vows to wife Sharon Osbourne after recently undergoing surgery. The 73-year-old music star has been married to the former X Factor judge since Reports come after a string of health struggles for Ozzy, who has Parkinson’s disease and continues to battle other medical issues after injuries from a 2003 quad bike accident were aggravated when he fell at home in America in 2019.
