3 mini breast fillets Olive oil 1 tsp paprika Salt 1 spring onion, chopped 1 egg cup of couscous 1 egg cup of water A few spinach leaves METHOD: Coat the chicken in olive oil, paprika and a pinch of salt, then pan-fry over a medium-low heat for about 7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
