A sick paedophile who sent "obscene" messages to schoolgirls was spared prison despite a judge saying he expects to see him again. Dad Gary Dyer was locked up for 17 months in 2019 for attempting to arrange a meet up with a 14-year-old girl and her schoolfriend while sending sexual messages. The 37-year-old's record also includes child rape and he was ordered to adhere to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) as part of which he has to declare any mobile phones he owns to police. Just four weeks after he was released on licence Dyer was back in court when police discovered he had kept two secret phones, reports the Liverpool Echo. He served the rest of his prison sentence, and was handed a suspended sentence and a three month curfew, but yesterday was back at Liverpool Crown Court for breaching the latter. MasterChef final will air tomorrow at 8pm after being pulled from air for Prince Philip’s death
THE BBC has confirmed the MasterChef final is to air tomorrow at 8pm. It comes after the last show of the series was delayed following the death of Prince Philip . The finale of the show was set to air last Friday, but the BBC opted to pull it from the schedule out of respect in the wake of the Duke's death, aged 99. Much to the delight of fans the BBC One show will return tomorrow, Wednesday at 8pm, to see one of the contestants crowned the winner. Making up the final are contestants Mike Tompkins, Alexina Anatole and Tom Rhodes. Tomorrow's episode will see the the trio pull out all the stops to show everything they’ve learned. They will have three hours to demonstrate their talent and produce the best three dishes of their lives. HOMES Under the Hammer host Martin Roberts could not contain his dismay as he gasped "oh dear" during a tour of an auction property. The BBC host was quick to point out a major structural problem with the house expressing his fear for the new owners. Martin's potentially expensive find came as he looked over a former registry office in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. With the property up for auction with a fairly low guide price of £70,000 to £85,000, Martin's alarms bells were already ringing.
