MEGHAN has made no secret about her desire to have children and even said motherhood was on her “bucket list”. In an interview two years ago, around the same time her relationship with Prince Harry was made public, the Duchess of Sussex said: “I can’t wait to start a family — but in due time.” The topic of children was also brought up with the couple during their BBC engagement interview back in November. Meghan, 37, laughed and nodded towards the camera while Harry said: “I think one step at a time, and hopefully we’ll start a family in the near future.” Harry has previously made clear his hopes of starting a family. He said in a 2016 interview he would “love to have kids”. The 34-year-old said even before he met Meghan, that seeing brother Prince William start a family made him consider having his own. Driving Route 66, going to gigs and "getting the kids to move out" are among the top bucket list wishes for over 55s, according to a new survey. The baby boomer generation are planning a range of adventure experiences in their retirement years, the poll found. While “seeing the world” made the top of the list, learning a foreign language and going to more concerts also ranked highly. Getting a tattoo, online dating and learning to swim also made the top 30, as did hiring a personal trainer and learning to play the guitar. More than half of those surveyed said they were “confident” they will achieve their goals. “Retirement isn’t what it used to be," said Harold Pritchard, distribution director at Legal & General Home Finance, which commissioned the survey. Becky, from Trebarwith, completed the race in an impressive time of 5:07:02, bearing in mind she only began training after receiving her ballot place, having never really run before.She said the day was an emotional one and something she had never expected: “Lots of people have said that because it was the hottest London Marathon on record it was really tough, but I actually found it ok. I’ve never been athletic or particularly into sport, I only joined up as it was on my bucket list. I started training for the marathon after I received my ballot place so I was really pleased with my time of five hours!”Becky said she thinks the marathon was made easier for her because of where she lives. Dan McGrath of Soham is now planning the time he has left with his wife Rebecca and their seven-month old baby. He has created a bucket list of things he wishes to do while he has the time left, which includes having a ride on a Harley Davidson motorbike as well as meeting his football idol, Steven Gerrard. The 32-year-old said completing the marathon was on her bucket list. Mrs Edgar was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour in October 2014, just eight weeks after the birth of her second son Noah.
