THE partial remains of a business woman accused of stealing millions from her clients have been found. Melissa Caddick's rotting foot was found washed up on a remote beach, three months after she disappeared from her Sydney mansion. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission says stole at least £7.3 million in invested funds from over 60 clients, including family and friends, but the figure has been put as high as £14 million. She vanished early on 12 November last year, a day after cops raided her home in the wealthy suburb of Dover Heights and DNA testing matched the foot to Caddick. Police had found no trace of until last week when campers spotted a running shoe containing a decomposed foot on a beach 250 miles south of Sydney. CURTIS Pritchard should probably stick to his day job as he leave fans cringing after trying his hand a stand-up comedy. The Celebs Go Dating star left the audience cringing as he opted for some very blue humour in the hopes of getting a laugh. Curtis , 25, was among the stars learning stand-up comedy from the professionals for a two-part series in support of Stand Up To Cancer. The reality show regular was paired up with Loose Women's Judi Love for the new C4 show Stand Up And Deliver. The first episode of the two-part series saw Curtis rehearse his jokes with Judi as another well-known professional comedians, Jason Manford and Nick Helm watched on. Facebook and Instagram ‘down for THOUSANDS of users’ in mystery outage
FACEBOOK Messenger and Instagram appear to have stopped working for thousands of users. Complaints about the popular social media apps are flooding in by the second. Online outage tracker Down Detector has logged huge numbers of reports saying the apps aren't working. Not everyone is affected however, with some users able to use the apps with no issue whatsoever. On Facebook Messenger, users are reporting issues with receiving messages. And they're also complaining about being unable to log in. On Instagram , the bulk of complaints are linked to the News Feed, with a smattering of reports about Stories and Posting. Users flocked to Twitter to moan about the outage. "Is Messenger down for anyone else or is it my WiFi? Can't see who's active or send messages," wrote one disgruntled user. PREHISTORIC humans may have been responsible for the extinction of the Woolly Mammoth after all, according to research. Simulations suggest that a combination of hunting by hungry humans and dramatic climate change killed off the mighty beasts 4,000 years ago. Previously, scientists have suggested that extreme weather or genetic disease may have driven the demise of the species. According to new research from experts in Australia, mammoths would not have died out when they did if it were not for humans. "In the absence of humans, we would expect woolly mammoths would have persisted for an extra 4,000 years in some areas," Dr Damien Fordham at the University of Adelaide in South Australia told New Scientist .
