BRITS won't own their dream car until they are 47 but it must be a black sports car - preferably an Audi or Aston Martin. A study of 2,000 drivers found many know what they want, but most will have to wait before making the dream a reality, owning more practical or affordable alternatives in the meantime. In their twenties, Brits are most likely to own a supermini or saloon car, while a hatchback or an estate are popular choices for those in their thirties. But no matter what the car, people insist on the 'basic' luxuries like heated seats (43 per cent) and built in satnav (44 per cent). While making videos on YouTube used to be seen as a fun hobby, it’s now a full-time job for several lucky people - and can be extremely lucrative. In the hopes of helping aspiring ‘influencers’ to make it online, the UK’s first ‘ influencer-training academy’ has opened. The Social Circle Academy is the UK’s first free online educational platform that teaches the skills needed to become a social media star. The training includes support from well-known ‘influencers’, including Evan Edinger, Beckii Cruel and Eleana Overett. On completion, participants can download a certificate, which they can show to brands hoping to work with them. The 22-year-old is joining ex-Towie star James Argent, actress Tina Malone and Ibiza Weekender rep David Potts for Channel 5’s Celebs On the Farm.
