ANAIS Bordier knew she’d been adopted as a baby. What she didn’t know - until she discovered her on YouTube - was that she had a secret twin sister.  Here she tells her incredible story... Standing outside the closed door, Anaïs’ heart was thumping. Just a few steps away was somebody who could complete her life. “It was like the biggest blind date,” the 33-year-old brand manager, who lives in London, remembers. “Except I wasn’t preparing to meet a guy. A MUM and daughter were found dead just days apart after the 19-year-old had given birth, an inquest heard. Heartfelt tributes have poured in for Rhianne Halton, 19, and her mum Jeanette Whittle, 44, who both tragically died in May 2020. Rhianne had given birth to her second child just six weeks before she tragically ended her life - and her grieving mum suffered a fatal overdose 19 days later. A double funeral was later held for Rhianne and Jeanette. A mum and her "lovely" daughter who gave birth just weeks before with a six-week-old baby were found dead just days apart, an inquest heard. THIS is the horrifying moment a paedophile snatches a 7-year-old girl from her apartment block before the youngster flees for her life. The shocking incident, which was captured on a CCTV camera in Kazakhstan, occurred after the perpetrator followed her into the entrance of the building before immediately regretting his actions. German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier on Thursday signed a national "emergency brake" into law shortly after the legislation passed the upper house of parliament. The new measure allows uniform restrictions to be enforced in coronavirus hotspots across Germany. The law, which includes curfews and school closures, takes effect on Friday, with the new rules based on infection rates to apply from Saturday. The so-called emergency brake law passed the Bundestag yesterday before heading to the Bundesrat, which is made up of representatives of the 16 federal states.
