KATY Perry was slammed by BTS Army for giving the band a shout-out on American Idol after she "dissed" fans during a 2019 concert. Fans claimed she tried to appropriate a phrase that is very dear to them. During last night's episode of American Idol , fans got to see Anthony Key audition while singing and dancing to BTS's Dynamite, their first English-only song. After a couple of verses, Katy – along with Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan – got up to dance along with him before they came to the conclusion that his vocals weren't as strong as his dancing moves. However, before eliminating him, the mother of one smiled and saluted him, saying: "I purple heart you." This is a reference to BTS – a K-pop group that has found fame in the United States – as one of the members revealed that them saying, "I purple you" means, "I trust and love you for a long time." Virgin Atlantic is paying tribute to Sir Richard Branson 's late mother Eve Branson, by naming one of its new A350 planes after her. Mrs Branson sadly passed away in January aged 96, after a battle with coronavirus. The airline announced that it would be marking International Women's Day by naming two new aircraft after inspirational women; one honouring Eve, the other paying tribute to Emmeline Pankhurst. The A350 paying homage to Eve Branson will be named 'Fearless Lady' and be registered as G-VEVE. When announcing the news of his mother's passing earlier this year, Richard Branson wrote a touching post in which he said that "rather than mourn her loss, I want to celebrate her wonderful life, her tremendous spirit". The Queen and Prince Philip were not behind "concerns" about the colour of Archie's skin, says Oprah Winfrey. The talk show host said Prince Harry had insisted she tell people his grandmother and grandfather were not involved. In new clips on US breakfast TV, he also claimed the Queen had listened to "really bad" advice and was suddenly too busy to meet him at Sandringham last year. Harry added that the UK press was "inherently corrupt or racist or biased" and that racism was "a large part" behind him leaving the country. Prince Harry told Oprah Winfrey that it was not The Queen or Prince Philip who made the racist comment about how dark Archie's skin would be before he was born. The American host recently sat down with the Duke and Duchess for a 90-minute bombshell interview which featured several revelations about life in the Royal family and how being part of The Firm left Harry and Meghan feeling "trapped" and "silenced." During the chat, that was aired in the US last night and will be on ITV tonight, Meghan and Harry alleged that when the former actress was pregnant with first son, Archie, that they were both told there were concerns about how "dark" the baby's skin might be. Tyson Fury has explained he licked Deontay Wilder's blood from his neck to "see what his prey tasted like". The Brit dominated Wilder during their rematch 12 months ago before stopping the American in the seventh round. And in the penultimate session, cameras picked up Fury licking Wilder's neck while they were in the clinch. And Fury told ESPN: "In a pre-fight interview I said I would taste Deontay Wilder's blood this time. "I had an opportunity in round six so I had to taste his blood to see what my prey would taste like. "I was the hunter that night; I was the lion and he was the gazelle and I took him down.
