Don't ask me why I did it. But I did. Last Sunday was my final day of eating for seven days. You heard right. SEVEN DAYS. Not taking any risks, I ate a huge roast dinner, followed by cream tea and later on a massive cheeseboard. It was time to stock up; I was going on a seven day juice diet. Ugh.
