Winter Olympics star Billy Morgan SNOWBOARDS in Essex as he returns from South Korea to face Beast from the East
Olympian Billy Morgan took to the streets of Essex on his snowboard on his return from the Winter Games in South Korea. The Beast from the East has coated streets and parks in snow - turning them into the perfect slope. Morgan performed tricks, spins and grinds as the freezing temperatures left behind a blanket of snow. He has just returned from a successful trip to Pyeongchang where he won a bronze medal. "It’s like urban snow boarding we call it," he explained. And he claims it feels colder in the UK than it did in South Korea. Surely much of the appeal of computer games such as Call of Duty or Halo is that even if you get fragged, you can pick yourself up and start all over again. And again. Until you get it right, or find the cheat code. The word "avatar" derives from the Sanskrit meaning "descent", though one might as well add "into silliness", since avatars in the movies are rarely the sort of incarnation you'd choose to … [Read more...] about Films like Gamer just aren’t playing the game
