TRISHA Goddard revealed her age on Piers Morgan's Life Stories last night leaving viewers stunned. The talk show host and TV presenter opened up about a number of tough topics on the show, including the racist abuse she suffered as a child and trying to take her own life after having a breakdown. But in a moment of light relief for viewers, Trisha left host Piers amazed when she said she is 63 years old and EIGHT years his senior. He asked her how old she was and she said: "I'm 63." Staggered, Piers, 55, said : "You are eight years older than me, but you look ten years younger than me, what's your secret?" And Trisha replied: "I have a 30-year-old and 26-year-old who keep saying to me when are you gonna grow up. "There's a lot of child in me and I've always enjoyed being active." MEGHAN Markle says elephants are 'just like us because they are protective of their young' in a Disney clip shown today. In the interview – which was taped last year when she recorded her narration for the Elephant film – Meghan spoke about her experience working on the Disney documentary. "These creatures are so majestic and at the same time they are so sensitive and so connected. We see in this film just how remarkable they are," Meghan said in the clip, which aired Monday on Good Morning America . "Their memories are amazing – the close connection of the herd, the protectiveness of their young," she added. Meghan, mother to her 11-month-old son Archie, said she feels humans and elephants are more similar than people may think. "I think they’re a lot more like us than they are different," she said. FACEBOOK Messenger and Instagram appear to have stopped working for thousands of users. Complaints about the popular social media apps are flooding in by the second. Online outage tracker Down Detector has logged huge numbers of reports saying the apps aren't working. Not everyone is affected however, with some users able to use the apps with no issue whatsoever. On Facebook Messenger, users are reporting issues with receiving messages. And they're also complaining about being unable to log in. On Instagram , the bulk of complaints are linked to the News Feed, with a smattering of reports about Stories and Posting. Users flocked to Twitter to moan about the outage. "Is Messenger down for anyone else or is it my WiFi? Can't see who's active or send messages," wrote one disgruntled user. PREHISTORIC humans may have been responsible for the extinction of the Woolly Mammoth after all, according to research. Simulations suggest that a combination of hunting by hungry humans and dramatic climate change killed off the mighty beasts 4,000 years ago. Previously, scientists have suggested that extreme weather or genetic disease may have driven the demise of the species. According to new research from experts in Australia, mammoths would not have died out when they did if it were not for humans. "In the absence of humans, we would expect woolly mammoths would have persisted for an extra 4,000 years in some areas," Dr Damien Fordham at the University of Adelaide in South Australia told New Scientist . The models also suggested that mammoths survived longer in several locations across Eurasia than was previously believed.
