First time mum shares marshmallow ice hack for keeping her toddler cool in the summer months
A NEW mum has shared an inventive hack for keeping her toddler comfortably cool in the summer months. In her successful Instagram series “Things I Wish I Knew As A First Time Mom”, mumfluencer Autumn Grace, aka @honestlyautumnb , says she relies on none other than frozen marshmallows. Explaining the reason behind her niche choice, Autumn said it was the perfect solution as actual ice packs are far too cold to hand over to her child. So, instead, she came up with the idea of trying out marshmallows - and it worked so well she wants other parents to know all about it. As footage of her placing the sweet treat in the freezer played out, Autumn told her followers: “Next time you get marshmallows, put them in the freezer. “These make the best ice packs for tiny humans because they don’t get too cold.” Read More in Parenting MAKING CHOICES I’m a parenting expert - three reasons not to tell kids to clear their plate HOME RUN … [Read more...] about First time mum shares marshmallow ice hack for keeping her toddler cool in the summer months

My wife picked cute names for our twin daughters – now I’ve found out why she liked them and banned her from using them
A DAD to be has left the internet divided after he discovered the origin of the cute names his wife picked out for their twins. From flowers to loved family members, expecting parents find inspiration for baby names everywhere - including their own childhood. One man discovered the secret origin of the names his wife had picked out for their twin daughters. Names he had previously agreed were cute. Posting to Reddit the anonymous man wrote: “A few months ago I (25) and my wife Kaylie (22) discovered we were having twins. Obviously we’ve been over the moon about this and already prepared nurseries etc. for our beautiful girls, and talked a lot about names and such. “Kaylie suggested the names Bella and Sara, and even though they’re pretty common ones I do like them and it didn’t fall into the matching categories, or at least I thought that.” However, his opinion on the names was quick to change after a visit from Kaylie’s friend Brittany. Parents slam museum for allowing man in ‘fetish’ outfit play with Lego alongside children at kids event

Photos show a man wearing black fishnet stockings, pink boots and women’s underwear, sitting with another person wearing a top hat surrounded by young children. They were taken at a ‘Nights at the Museum’ event at the Australian Museum in Sydney and were recently posted on Twitter by a user with the handle @SydneyRadfem. “You let a male in fetish gear play in the kids Lego pit during the school holidays,” the woman said, news.com.au reports. “When I spoke to security they said they could do nothing and pointed me to the organiser. What happened to Megan Thee Stallion’s parents?

How did Megan Thee Stallion’s mom die? Megan Thee Stallion's mom Holly Thomas was diagnosed with a brain tumor and passed away in March 2019. She shared the news on Instagram and said, “The best mom in the whole world. The strongest woman on the planet. I’m a first aider – you must NOT rely on a thermometer’s traffic light system when it comes to your kids
USING a thermometer has become common place over the last two years. The coronavirus pandemic has meant that we've been religiously checking our temperatures - as a raised one indicates infection . But experts have warned that some brands shouldn't be used to measure your child's temperature. First aiders at CPR Kids said that you should be wary when it comes to using products with a traffic light system on your little ones. The trained professionals said: "You may have seen thermometers that use a 'traffic light' system, where certain results are shown as either red (bad), amber (concerning), or green (good).
