Manchester United winger Amad is set to return from injury in less than two weeks ahead of a potential exit January exit, according to reports. Amad was due to leave Old Trafford on loan in the summer but picked up an unfortunate thigh injury days before completing a move to Dutch club Feyenoord.
Adidas and Manchester United have launched their official 2021/22 home jersey, putting a modern twist on their classic club styles.
The 19-year-old enjoyed a bright opening five months in England after joining United from Atalanta for a fee potentially rising to £37million.
He had agreed a season-long loan with Eredevisie side Feyenoord in the latter stages of the summer transfer window, in the hope of securing regular first-team football.
But a muscular injury collapsed the transfer and ruled Amad out of action until mid-October.
That time scale appears to have been accurate, with the teenage attacker closing in on an imminent return.

According to Fabrizio Romano , Amad will be ready to return to first-team training this month after his spell on the sidelines.
The Ivory Coast international is expected to re-join Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad in 10 days, the Monday after United’s trip to Leicester City next week.
Romano reports that Amad will have the opportunity to leave on loan again in January after his Feyenoord switch collapsed in the summer due to his ill-timed injury.
Many clubs remain interested in his services, so a temporary departure in the winter transfer window should be considered likely.
Amad’s impending return comes as a double boost for United, who will want his development to get back on track as soon as possible.
Having him return to training and work with the likes of Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo will be invaluable.
His availability for a loan move in January will also come as a relief for Solskjaer, who is already having to juggle his attacking options.
Amad started in United’s U23s side after arriving in England at the start of 2021 and quickly became part of Solskjaer’s first-team thinking, having registered four goals and three assists in three appearances.

He featured eight times in Solskjaer’s side last season, scoring his first senior goal for the club against AC Milan in the Europa League.
His lively performances, dribbling ability and impressive decision-making filled fans with excitement about his future at Old Trafford.
But Sancho and Ronaldo’s summer arrivals would limit Amad’s game time if he stuck around this season.
As January grows ever-closer, speculation on Amad’s next club will mount once he returns to training with the United first team.
