Why is ‘Taylor Swift is over party’ trending? The trend started when Swift ‘s fans decided to flood singer John Mayer’s TikTok account. The singer recently joined the social media platform and shared his first TikTok video. However, he was welcomed by Swift’s fans who held him accountable for breaking her heart years back. The pop star’s fans began leaving hateful comments under Mayer’s TikTok post. Some included comments like, “Omg isn't this that old guy Taylor Swift wrote the song about.” Another user wrote, “We ain't forget what you did to Taylor, John.” At the same time, folks on Twitter began digging up Swift’s past and shared pictures of why they thought she should be cancelled.
