The 62-year-old actor released a 10-minute video after pulling the plug on his social media profile again, as he blamed ‘a**holes’ for making him quit. The row kicked off when Alec first tweeted a link to a CNN article about The Crown’s Gillian where he wrote: “Switching accents ? That sounds…fascinating.” His wife Hilaria was recently accused of faking a Spanish accent when she was born and raised in Boston. Gilian picked up a Golden Globe on Sunday night for her portrayal of former prime minister Margaret Thatcher in the Netflix drama.
