Details have emerged of the car crash involving Tiger Woods on Tuesday that left the golf legend with “significant” right leg injuries, including the moment police were alerted to the incident. 15-time major winner Woods is said to be “awake, responsive and recovering in his hospital room” after a road accident in Los Angeles that could have been fatal. His severely damaged car was clearly seen on the hill off the side of the road after he reportedly glided with a wooden road sign bearing the words 'Welcome To Rolling Hills Estates'.
