Only four EFL League Two clubs are yet to make their mark during he summer transfer window.
Colchester United, Leyton Orient, Mansfield and Plymouth Argyle – who have recently appointed Ryan Lowe as their new manager – are yet to announce any new signings ahead of the 2019/2020 season.
However, other clubs – including Grimsby Town – have already been involved in some significant deals.
Northampton have wasted no time in rebuilding their squad ahead of the August 3 curtain raiser. Indeed, the Cobblers have already made EIGHT signings, including midfielder Chris Lines and Matt Smith – the former Macclesfield targetman.
Over at Exeter City, meanwhile, there have been a couple of notable departures.
Hiram Boateng is on his way to League One with recently-promoted MK Dons, while highly-rated goalkeeper Christy Pym has been snapped-up by Peterborough, who have also swooped for Newport County defender Dan Butler.
Town’s neighbours Scunthorpe United – with Paul Hurst at the helm – have welcomed Andy Butler back to the club from Doncaster Rovers.
With former Town winger Jamie Devitt expected to leave Carlisle United this summer, after rejecting their offer of a new contract, the Cumbrians have moved quickly to bring in Jack Iredale, Christie Elliott, Jon Mellish and Harry McKirdy.
Here is an updated list of the business that has already been completed ahead of 2019/2020.
