An ex-soldier who drank ten pints before attacking his wife when she found him URINATING on the carpet has walked free from court. Carl Bull, 35, flew into a rage and punched wife Maria after a night boozing and gambling. She came downstairs in the early hours of the morning to find her husband urinating on the living room floor at their home in Nuneaton, Warks. Bull attacked his wife in front of their two young children on February 3 this year but she managed to call police and he was arrested. The truck driver claimed he was sleepwalking and attacked his wife believing she was a burglar. Bull admitted assault and was sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for two years at Warwick Crown Court on Thursday (11/4).
