It’s a place that has already hosted a number of events for canines but a Newcastle bar is upping the ante this weekend with a Doggy Disco. You’ll have heard (and probably sampled!) Bottomless Brunches for humans well on Sunday, February 24, a city centre haunt is hosting the four legged equivalent – a disco for dogs with unlimited treats. Following in the footsteps, or should that be paw prints, of its successful Dogs of de Cuba socials, Revolucion de Cuba in the Cloth Market is throwing open its doors for a Doggy Disco this week. Revealing all on their Facebook page, the bar posted “Did you know that here at Revolucion de Cuba Newcastle we are dog friendly? “To celebrate our furry Amigos we are happy to host our Dogs of De Cuba event – Doggy Disco! Come and enjoy our Havana Good Time offers alongside your pooch. The Doggy Discos will take place on the last Sunday of each month between 1 and 4pm and as well as unlimited doggy treats for pooches, there is a 2 for 1 offer on tapas for their owners. Entry is free. News of the Doggy Disco swiftly follows the launch of Disco on a Sunday Afternoon at nearby Hoochie Coochie.
