Harry Redknapp and Vamps star James McVey are among the stars who have touched down in Australia, confirming they are appearing in I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here.
X-Factor singer Fleur East was the first to arrive in Brisbane, landing on Sunday morning, with former Spurs boss Harry the second to make it to Australia.
Mirror Online has been tracking the stars as they arrive.
Here’s who has landed so far, ahead of the new series starting on ITV on Sunday, November 18.
Fleur East
Speaking to Mirror Online as she arrived Down Under, X-Factor 2014 runner up Fleur, 31, said: “Life is a jungle but I like a risk in life, I like a challenge. If you don’t live on the edge you are taking up too much space. You have to do something to excite you.”
Harry Redknapp
FA Cup-winning football manager Harry Redknapp landed in Brisbane late on Sunday evening.
He revealed he hasn’t said much to his son, Jamie, about his decision to enter the jungle.
Asked why he signed up, the 71-year-old said: “Why would I do it? It would be an adventure wouldn’t it, at my stage in life.”
Malique Thompson-Dwyer
The actor – who plays Prince McQueen in Hollyoaks – was the third celeb to arrive.
But the 20-year-old wasn’t giving much away, saying, “I’m here on a vacation mate”, before ITV staff whisked him away, Mirror Online says.
Nick Knowles
DIY SOS man Nick was the fourth to arrive, and looked the most prepared for jungle life.
Nick was wearing hiking boots and a very sensible hat as he arrived in Brisbane.
Like Malique, he tried to keep the guessing game going.
Nick told the Mirror: “The flight was long but you know that ‘cos you are here.
“I am looking forward to going to Perth to look at the wildlife and I am hoping to swim with whale sharks.
“I’m A Celebrity, is that on at the moment? Oh, there must be a whole load of people coming through the airport at the moment.”
Sair Khan
Corrie actress Sair landed on Monday morning.
Sair, who plays Alya Nazir in the ITV soap, told the Mirror: “I just wanted to come to Australia again because I love it here, I have been before.
“Jennie McAlpine (her Corrie co-star who has been on I’m A Celeb) told me to enjoy it and have the best time.”
James McVey
The Mirror spotted Vamps guitarist and singer James McVey arriving in Australia.
The 24-year-old said: “I am a bit nervous about going in the jungle but I am looking forward to it, it is a challenge.
“I am scared of spiders so I am not sure what I have signed myself up to. But apart from that I should be alright.”
