Manchester United fans have urged Jose Mourinho to not start Romelu Lukaku for their upcoming fixture to face Man City. The Belgian forward is back in contention for United having missed the last two games at club level. United have coped well in the absence of the 25-year-old and secured dramatic away victories against Bournemouth and Juventus without him in the squad. However, despite the striker’s return to fitness, United fans do not want to see him start the match against City. M.E.N Sport surveyed supporters on Twitter ahead of the derby clash, with 88 per cent of the fans replying ‘no’ when asked if Lukaku should start. Only 12 per cent of the 2,377 supporters who responded stated they did want to see Lukaku start the match on Sunday.
