British actors John Boyega and Letitia Wright are joining forces for an epic new romance. This comes after Boyega wraps up his role as Finn in the Stars Wars saga with Episode IX, while Wright is due to reprise her role as Shuri, sister of the Black Panther, in the as yet untitled Avengers 4. The pair will be portraying star-crossed lovers in a space-set epic entitled Hold Back the Stars, according to Deadline . The film is described as a sci-fi mix of Romeo & Juliet with the feel of Gravity. Hold Back the Stars is based on the novel of the same name by author Katie Khan, which chronicles the tale of lovers recalling their romance on an Earth in a Utopian future, but while they are trapped in space, with only 90 minutes left to survive in the vacuum as their oxygen runs out. Nightflyers director Mike Cahill will direct the film, with a script by Christy Hall. Boyega will also be appearing in the new updated version of Watership Down, while Wright is going to appear alongside Donald Glover and Rihanna in Guava Island. Will the pair be a match made in heaven? Hold Back the Stars currently does not have a release date.
