A WOMAN has been charged with an attempted murder and spate of thefts in Inverness.
Police have confirmed that the 23-year-old has been held in connection with the incidents in the Suilven Way and Millerton View and areas.
Detectives say that the robberies happened between 00:30am and 5am on Sunday morning.
And they confirmed that the same woman had been charged in connection with an attempted murder in the Suilven Way area on the same morning.
She is expected to appear at court in Inverness later today.
Cops have thanked the public for their help in the case.

Detective Inspector Peter Mackenzie said: “This is an extremely rare situation for Inverness but appreciate that it has caused concern in the community.
“We are taking this matter extremely seriously and I would like to thank the community for their assistance and patience while we carried out our enquiries.
“I can confirm that a 23-year-old woman has now been charged and she is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today.”
