JOSE MOURINHO will not face any FA action for his post-game “double standards” rant. The Manchester United boss appeared set for another charge from FA beaks after accusing offiials of treating him differently. After United’s goalless draw with Hull, Mourinho said: “You know I am different. “The rules for me are different. Keep up to date with ALL the Manchester United news, gossip, transfers and goals on our club page plus fixtures, results and live match commentary “Yesterday a fourth official told a manager ‘I enjoy very much your passion’. Today I am told to sit down or I am going to be sent to the stand.” It was a clear reference to Arsene Wenger’s four-game touchline ban for his altercation with fourth official Anthony Taylor, and Jurgen Klopp’s let-off following a verbal blast at Neil Swarbrick. But while Mourinho was treading a fine line it is understand FA disciplinary chiefs do not believe he breached the regulations regarding media comments so there will be no action against the Portuguese. The FA are studying video footage of Aaron Cresswell’s off the ball clash with Rahemm Sterling during West Ham’s 0-4 defeat by Manchester City. Cresswell, who gave the ball away in the build-up top Kevin De Bruyne’s opener, then clearly hampered Sterling as the winger attempted to sprint up the touchline in support of the counter-attack, before appearing to swing a punch into his midriff.
