Ask head chief Jimmy Capone, or his right-hand man Patrick, to make you chicken savoy,” the Delias wrote. “They offer it on their specials board once in awhile. It is out of this world. Generally speaking, it’s hard to find savoy made this perfect. It’s a traditional, Italian vinegar-based plate made with chicken thighs.
